10-9-13 Why America is Not in the Bible

Part 2
Yesterday I was concerned about Part 1 being too long and this morning the Lord put my mind at rest in the early morning hours and gave me Part 2! The Lord continues to lead me in the same way that amazes a lot of us Christians. The Lord knew all my days before creation and so the Lord knew where I would be in my daily scripture reading today. Yes, Praise the Lord, he is absolutely sovereign and awesome beyond belief.
Today I received a lot of scripture on more reasons why America is not in the Bible and it was in my daily reading plan! Let’s get right to scripture with this passage that explains why America is not in the Bible because it is one of the nations that has fallen into the hole it has dug. Yesterday in Part 1, I told how I suspected America will be destroyed before the end times when it fails to support Israel. Look at this scripture and more that follows (all Scripture NASV):
Psalm 9 verses 4b-5, 7-8, 12b, 15-16
— sitting enthroned as the righteous judge.
5 You have rebuked the nations and destroyed the wicked;
you have blotted out their name for ever and ever.
7 The LORD reigns forever;
he has established his throne for judgment.
8 He rules the world in righteousness
and judges the peoples with equity.
— he does not ignore the cries of the afflicted.
15 The nations have fallen into the pit they have dug;
their feet are caught in the net they have hidden.
16 The LORD is known by his acts of justice;
the wicked are ensnared by the work of their hands.
17 The wicked go down to the realm of the dead,
all the nations that forget God.
18 But God will never forget the needy;
the hope of the afflicted will never perish.

Psalm 10:16 The LORD is King for ever and ever; the nations will perish from his land.

The following scripture from Jeremiah is how the Lord will destroy Babylon for abusing Israel even after the Lord had used Babylon to punish Israel and took it captive for 70 years. Throughout the Bible, God’s Word uses the name Babylon as a stinging rebuke to other nations rebelling against his ways and that would include America. If you can’t accept my word on all this, why not read Daniel 4, which is the testimony of Babylon’s King Nebuchadnezzar’s about the sovereignty of our Lord and King after he had taken Israel into captivity.
Jeremiah 50:4, 33-34
4 “In those days, at that time,”
declares the LORD,
“the people of Israel and the people of Judah together
will go in tears to seek the LORD their God.
33 This is what the LORD Almighty says:
“The people of Israel are oppressed,
and the people of Judah as well.
All their captors hold them fast,
refusing to let them go.
34 Yet their Redeemer is strong;
the LORD Almighty is his name.
He will vigorously defend their cause
so that he may bring rest to their land,
but unrest to those who live in Babylon.

Psalm 12:5 (Remember how the Lord will bless those who bless Israel and will curse those who don’t):
The arrogant cannot stand
in your presence.
You hate all who do wrong

Jeremiah 51:
35 May the violence done to our flesh be on Babylon,”
say the inhabitants of Zion.
“May our blood be on those who live in Babylonia,”
says Jerusalem.

Please read all of Jeremiah 50 and 51.
I hope you see how the Lord is warning nations that they will be destroyed for not supporting or abusing His favored nation of Israel.
